Bazodoo: all your Odoo Education databases at a glance!

Are you a teacher managing multiple Odoo Education databases for your students? Between handling access, reviewing assignments, and providing feedback, keeping track of everything can quickly become complicated. Bazodoo is a locally-run application designed to help you manage Odoo Education databases. Bazodoo is the result of a discussion held on Friday, September 25, 2026, with Christophe KYDTS (an Economics and Management educator) during the Odoo Experience 2026 event in Brussels. Christophe implemented Bazodoo, a process that involved extensive dialogue, refinements, and testing between us (Many Thanks Christophe 🙂). The application was subsequently handed over to Odoo Education for promotion. Many thanks to Anicée RENARD and Marie-Aline MARCHAL from Odoo for their trust and support 🙏

With Bazodoo, you can:

  • Import a list of your Odoo Education databases and access them easily.

  • Add timestamped comments to keep track of your observations.

  • Assign a grade to each comment to monitor your students' work.

  • Back up and restore your data using a JSON file.

  • Customize your application with your institution's name, your own name, the academic year, and a photo of your institution.
